We're looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Self-Employed Recruitment Consultants. This is a fully remote, commission-only position with no basic salary, ideal for someone who wants flexibility, uncapped earning potential, and the opportunity to build their own income.

No previous recruitment experience or specific qualifications are required. Full training, ongoing support, and guidance will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting and onboarding new Territory Partners.
• Building relationships with contractors and construction businesses.
• Supporting Territory Partners in winning new business and securing labour requirements.
• Promoting and providing traditional labour agency services.
• Developing and managing your own client and candidate relationships.
• Working independently to grow your earnings and build your own pipeline.
