Procurement Coordinator (Electronics)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic components for assigned projects.
- Expedite orders, proactively identifying risks and resolving supply issues.
- Analyse supplier performance and track key KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
- Identify capacity constraints and proactively source new suppliers.
- Maintain accurate ERP/system data (e.g. Epicor or similar). Support budget tracking (Capex/Opex) and cost monitoring
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in procurement of complex, low-volume electronic or technical components.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with experience monitoring supplier performance. Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
