Procurement Coordinator (Electronics)

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end procurement of electronic components for assigned projects.
Expedite orders, proactively identifying risks and resolving supply issues.
Analyse supplier performance and track key KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams including Production, Engineering, Quality and Logistics.
Identify capacity constraints and proactively source new suppliers.
Maintain accurate ERP/system data (e.g. Epicor or similar).

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in procurement of complex, low-volume electronic or technical components.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience monitoring supplier performance.
