Practice Manager

We are seeking an *Experienced Dental Practice Manager* to lead a friendly, modern dental team in Ramsey, Isle of Man.

Our established private practice offers a fully computerised system with SOE software and digital x-rays. The manager will oversee patient care, practice reputation, staff recruitment, financial KPIs, daily operations, and growth initiatives, including increasing private patient numbers.

Key responsibilities include ensuring high standards of patient experience, supporting clinical and reception teams, managing clinical and administrative tasks, maintaining health & safety, and supervising staff.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of dental management experience, excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a background in clinical dentistry or practice administration. GDC registration and knowledge of CQC are advantageous.

Full-time hours are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. Benefits include professional development, company events, free parking, and a supportive environment.
