As a Digital Product Owner at Sky, you will define and deliver the Digital Knowledge Product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive improvements in customer resolution and self-service performance. You will lead the transformation of knowledge into a structured AI-ready asset while establishing frameworks and operating models. Additionally, you will drive innovation through AI, experimentation, and data-led optimisation to enhance content effectiveness and customer outcomes.
