Transformation Business & Process Analyst
Location: Home-based with UK travel

As the UK's largest supported living provider, we're embarking on a major HR transformation programme to simplify our people processes and implement a new HCM/ERP platform that will improve the experience for over 10,000 colleagues across the UK.
We're looking for an experienced Transformation Business & Process Analyst to help shape and deliver this exciting journey.
What you'll be doing
Working as part of our Transformation team, you'll partner with HR, Finance and operational stakeholders to redesign processes and support the implementation of a new HCM/ERP solution.
You'll:
- Lead workshops to understand current ("As-Is") HR processes and design future ("To-Be") ways of working.
- Gather and document business requirements to support HCM/ERP implementation.
- Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify and improve how we work.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure HR processes integrate effectively with Finance and other business systems.
- Produce process maps, user stories and functional requirements.
- Support testing, business readiness and implementation activities.
- Build strong relationships across the business to deliver lasting change.
What we're looking for
You'll have:
- Experience working on HR transformation or HCM/ERP implementation projects.
- A strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Hire to Retire).
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, Dayforce, Unit4 or similar.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A practical, hands-on approach with a passion for simplifying complex processes.
