The Expert Link connects brands with healthcare professionals through education, sampling, consultancy, research, and engagement projects. We are a growing business working with leading health and parenting brands across the UK and internationally.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Project Assistant to support the day-to-day running of the business.

The Role

This is a varied role that combines administration, project coordination, bookkeeping support, and diary management. You will work closely with the founder to ensure projects run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Coordinating projects and supporting client delivery
  • Bookkeeping support and invoice management
  • Managing spreadsheets, databases, and reporting
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals, clients, and suppliers
  • Supporting product sampling and campaign administration
  • Monitoring emails and assisting with correspondence
  • General office administration and organisational support

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Competent with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional and friendly manner

Desirable

  • Experience working within a small business or agency environment
  • Experience using Xero or similar accounting software
  • Experience coordinating marketing, healthcare, or education projects
