Chambers Financial Services are expanding and seeking a driven, client-focused adviser to join their growing team in Benfleet.

The Role

As an Employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
• Manage leads provided whilst also being encouraged and supported to generate your own business
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Deliver compliant, high-quality advice aligned with Quilter standards

About You

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
• Self-motivated with strong business development skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer outcomes
• Comfortable generating your own leads alongside company support
• Be comfortable working in an office environment
