We are currently recruiting for multiple Quality Manager to join the MEH Alliance on the Sizewell C project, one of the UK’s most significant nuclear new build programmes.

What you'll be doing

As a Quality Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring that quality requirements are delivered and maintained across the full project lifecycle – from design and procurement through to installation, commissioning and close-out.

You will act as the key quality point of contact for the supply chain, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory and project standards.

ey responsibilities:

  • Ensuring supply chain adherence to quality assurance and control requirements
  • Planning and conducting supplier audits and managing audit findings
  • Reviewing quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans
  • Supporting the resolution of non-conformances and corrective actions
  • Managing quality release of equipment from supplier premises
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Leading and developing Quality Engineers within the team

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for experienced quality professionals with a strong background in complex engineering or infrastructure environments.

You will bring:

  • Experience in quality management across major projects (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction and commissioning)
  • Proven experience conducting supplier audits
  • Knowledge of recognised quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 19443)
  • A strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control principles within large-scale programmes
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • Able to gain a security clearance

Qualifications

  • HNC/HND or degree in Quality Management, engineering or a related discipline
