Why you should join our Team
You’ll play an important role in a team where no two days are the same, contributing to communications for the Trust’s different specialist services, including cancer care and Motor Neurone Disease and providing support to the programme to improve maternity and neonatal services, helping us share progress, listen to families and staff, and build confidence in the work we’re doing.

You’ll also be a confident relationshipbuilder who can offer thoughtful, proactive advice to teams across the Trust.
Additional qualities we are keen to see:
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders
- A calm, solutionsfocused approach when working under pressure
