Role Description

This is a full-time, Business Administration Apprentice role. The apprentice will support day-to-day office operations, including handling phone and email inquiries, updating records, and assisting with scheduling engineers and tradespeople for reactive and planned maintenance jobs. Responsibilities include data entry, maintaining job logs and documentation, preparing basic reports, and helping to process invoices and purchase orders. The role involves collaborating with the call centre and operational teams to ensure accurate information flow, timely job allocation, and professional customer communication. The apprentice will also support general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing digital and physical records, and contributing to process improvements as skills develop.

Training provider: HAVANT AND SOUTH DOWNS COLLEGE

Course: Business administrator (level 3)

This apprenticeship is a work-based apprenticeship which means all learning will be completed in the workplace with no requirement to attend college day release.

£16,640 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age

National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with one hour lunch break.

40 hours a week
