FREELANCE QUANTITY SURVEYOR

A new Freelance opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the regions' leading Main Contractors on a new project based in the Huddersfield area.

As Quantity Surveyor working with a strong commercial team, you will carry out quantity surveying duties on a prestigious new build scheme.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying in a Main Contractor environment.

Proven quantity surveying experience on new-build projects £20m+.

Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related discipline (or equivalent experience).

Previous Tier 1 or larger Tier 2 Contractor experience.
