An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager within the Division of Medicine.

The post holder will work within an established team consisting of 4 Business Managers, 3 Services Managers and 5 Team Leaders, along with medical and nursing teams in specified specialties.

To support the Divisional Senior Management Team (Divisional Director, Divisional Director of Ops, Directors of Nursing and Quality) and Business Managers in the efficient and effective operational management of your respective services in order to deliver continually improving high quality patient care.

The post holder has delegated responsibilities for a range of operational activities, working autonomously using initiative and their specialist knowledge and experience of services to make decisions.
