The office provides a premium environment for both clients and staff, including a dedicated client floor where we welcome visitors and host events.
The role
An opportunity has arisen within our early morning post team for a Digital Post Team Clerk to accurately open, process, digitise and distribute all incoming post.
This role plays a key part in ensuring physical correspondence is efficiently converted into digital format and accurately input into our computer systems to support the firm’s departments.
Duties include
- Sorting all daily incoming post from both DX and Royal Mail
- Opening, date stamping and preparing post for digital processing
- Scanning mail into the firm’s document management systems and accurately indexing and inputting information
- Forwarding digitised correspondence to the appropriate departments and individuals via internal systems
- Sorting post in departmental order where required
- Delivering physical post to relevant people or departments
- Assisting with special deliveries and recorded mail
- Supporting with unreferenced or misdirected post, ensuring accurate system updates
The succesful candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process high volumes of work, with confidence in using computer systems and digital document handling tools.
