Role Highlights

  • Deliver Impactful Campaigns - Plan, coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, PR, events and more.
  • Audience-Led Marketing - Work closely with stakeholders to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
  • Collaborative Working - Partner with brand, creative, content teams to bring campaigns to life efficiently and effectively.
  • Performance & Optimisation - Analyse campaign performance, track tests, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
  • Campaign Ownership - Lead email campaign production from content creation through to build, send, and reporting.

It Would be Great If You

  • Have proven experience delivering end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • You are confident working with data, interpreting results and making recommendations
  • Have experience in email marketing, CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Are highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Are a strong communicator and collaborative team player
  • Are proactive, curious and eager to learn and improve

This role is located in our Witney, Oxfordshire or Shepherd’s Bush, London office

Salary circa £35,000

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • One of our recruiters will review your application personally and, if successful, will invite you to an initial call to discuss your experience, skills, and interest in the role.
  • The last and final stage is an interview with Campanian Manager and Lifecycle Manager
  • Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
