Service Manager (Maternity Cover)

Location: Milnshaw House, Accrington

Contract: Fixed Term – MAT Cover

Salary: Up to £42k

Are you an experienced and motivated leader in health and social care? Do you have a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred support? We are looking for a Service Manager to lead our Supported Living service, Milnshaw House, Accrington - MAT Cover.

About the Role

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring safe, effective and high-quality support for individuals. You’ll lead and inspire your team, maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the staff team
• Ensure the delivery of person-centred care and support
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards
• Oversee staffing, rota management and performance
• Lead on audits, action plans and continuous quality improvement
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders, families and professionals
• Support and develop your team through coaching and supervision

About You

• Proven experience in a Service Manager (or similar leadership) role within health and social care
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards (CQC)
• Experience managing teams and driving high performance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for quality care
