Role Description
The Graduate Environmental Science Customer Engagement Assistant role is a Part-time, on-site position based at the Alton Office. In this role, the assistant supports customer engagement activities by responding to inquiries, providing product and service information, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with stock control and order tracking, preparing basic documentation and reports, and supporting sales and training activities related to water and wastewater treatment solutions. The role involves communicating technical information in clear, accessible language, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure smooth delivery of projects and services. The position is designed for graduates seeking to apply environmental science knowledge in a commercial and customer-focused setting.
Qualifications
