Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to achieve first-contact resolution where possible
- Investigate complaints by gathering relevant information, analysing situations, and identifying appropriate resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and outcomes within the company CRM system
- Follow up with customers after issues have been resolved to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Assist with porting-related enquiries and issues
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, service procedures, and industry developments
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop skills and knowledg e
