Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, aiming to achieve first-contact resolution where possible
  • Investigate complaints by gathering relevant information, analysing situations, and identifying appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and outcomes within the company CRM system
  • Follow up with customers after issues have been resolved to ensure ongoing satisfaction
  • Assist with porting-related enquiries and issues
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge, service procedures, and industry developments
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop skills and knowledg e
