An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Lead to join our growing network at Acacia Homecare. The successful applicant will be responsible for day to day marketing activities that are set out by the senior management team. It will be the responsibility of the marketing lead to ensure they know and understand the marketing strategy and the brand values of Acacia Homecare and undergo the marketing activities accordingly.
The marketing lead will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that all targets are met and work with the rest of the team to obtain regular updates and content for various marketing channels.
Responsibilities include
· Updating the social media sites across the network, including Facebook, Instagram and sometimes TikTok or LnikedIn, including staff anniversaries, birthdays, etc
· Updating posts and checking group posts on all social media accounts
· Updating the main Acacia Homecare website and microsites as and when necessary. This will include regularly updating meet the teams page.
· Email marketing content, sending regular emails to database using Mailchimp or other similar software.
· Networking and build relationships with the community.
· Updating sites such as googlemybusiness, homecare.co.uk and other subscription sites.
· Creating and updating artwork for leaflets, banners and other marketing material, ensuring that the correct branding is used.
· Writing case studies/blogs on customers and Acacai Angels and uploading to the microsite and sharing across the social media sites.
· Assisting with various events, such as job fairs, customer events and other ad hoc events that occur
· Ensuring the branding is correctly used across the franchise network.
· Regularly update the marketing calendar and ensure that targets are met.
· Set up meetings with various team members to ensure that content for social media and the website is updated.
· Use own initiative and follow and input processes
Skills
· Adobe Illustrator
· Microsoft software
· Google and Outlook Email and Calendar
· Use of social media in a professional setting
· Pay per click
· Mailchimp/email software
· Basic wordpress skills
· Excellent English writing skills
· Good technical understanding of social media platforms, including use of Canva or other similar app.
· Basic knowledge of SEO
· Good communication
