- Shape how change is delivered and the value it creates across NFU Mutual
- Hybrid role with a balance of home and office-based working in Stratford-upon-Avon
As Head of Enterprise Portfolio Delivery, you will lead the Change Delivery function and be accountable for delivering Group Change across the Enterprise Change Portfolio. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be at the centre of how change is delivered across NFU Mutual, overseeing a complex portfolio of strategic programmes and ensuring delivery is aligned to business priorities and executed successfully across time, cost, quality and scope.
