Echo House is a market leader in creative production, delivering exceptional design, fabrication, and experiential brand activations for high-end international clients. We’re looking for skilled Freelance Bench Joiners to support our busy fabrication team on a project basis.

The Role

We’re seeking a talented and detail driven Bench Joiner to craft high-quality bespoke builds, including retail window displays, pop-ups, and brand activations. You’ll work collaboratively with our Technical Design and Fabrication teams, bringing concepts to life with precision and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building bespoke displays, set pieces, and retail installations
Interpreting and working from technical drawings
Working with a wide range of materials (timber, MDF, laminates, acrylic, metals)
Collaborating closely with designers and fabricators to ensure quality execution

What We’re Looking For

NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry/Joinery (or equivalent experience)
Strong bench joinery and cabinet-making skills
Excellent knowledge of tools and workshop machinery
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
Experience within creative production / retail / exhibitions (desirable)
Flexible and reliable, with a positive, proactive attitude
