Delve Search is continuing its strongest year to date.

Having significantly exceeded our growth targets during the first half of the year, we are now looking to add another ambitious recruiter to our team to support continued expansion across the US market.

This is not a high-volume recruitment role.

We partner with highly engineered technology businesses operating in growth markets including advanced manufacturing, instrumentation, semiconductor technology, life sciences, precision engineering and industrial technology.

Our assignments typically focus on mid to senior-level hires, ranging from senior managers through to Director and Vice President level appointments.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, building relationships with both clients and candidates across the United States.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing relationships with senior decision-makers within technology and engineering businesses
  • Winning and managing executive and specialist recruitment assignments
  • Identifying, engaging and assessing high-calibre candidates
  • Managing recruitment projects from initial briefing through to successful placement
  • Conducting detailed candidate interviews and market research
  • Building long-term client partnerships rather than transactional relationships
  • Working closely with business leaders to understand growth plans and talent requirements

You may already be working in recruitment and looking for an opportunity to build a specialist desk within a growing business.

Equally, we would consider someone from outside recruitment who possesses the right attitude, commercial awareness and interpersonal skills.
