A well-regarded GP Training Practice in the Torquay area is seeking a Salaried GP for 5 sessions. This is a well-managed role with excellent continuity of care, a structured 10 patient per session, 15-minute appointment system, and a supportive, extensive leadership team.

Workload & Structure

• Just 20 patients per day
• 15-minute appointments
• 5 sessions
• 3 hours of admin time per day plus hour-long lunch break
• Excellent continuity with your own patient list
• Coffee break every morning
• Very well managed on-call – triage GP allocating appointments but soon moving to acute care hub with sister practice locally
