The R
oleThe HR Business Partner supports business units in delivering HR initiatives aligned to organisational goals. The role focuses on employee lifecycle management, staffing and recruitment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UK employment legislati
on.

ies:- Support business leaders in executing HR strategies and workforce pl
ans.- Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes including job descriptions, screening, interviews, and onboard
ing.- Partner with Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to fulfil hiring requirements in a timely man
ner.- Assist in employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, performance management, and exit proces
ses.- Handle employee queries and support employee relations cases with guidance from senior H
RBP.- Ensure compliance with company policies, UK employment law, and GDPR requireme
nts.- Support employee engagement initiatives and learning & development activit
ies.- Maintain HR data and provide reporting and insights to stakehold
