As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of that mission—making sure every client and practitioner feels informed, supported, and confident at every step of their journey with us.

You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries, the organiser behind smooth‑running events, and the person who keeps our customer experience running like clockwork. If you love helping people, staying organised, and making things feel effortless for others, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

Support clients and practitioners with confidence

· Be the friendly first point of contact for incoming enquiries

· Respond quickly, professionally, and helpfully across email, phone, and internal systems

· Escalate more complex queries to the Customer Experience Manager when needed

· Keep accurate records and ensure service standards are consistently met

Helping deliver seamless events and programmes

· Coordinate bookings, logistics, materials, and communications

· Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients have everything they need

· Prepare and distribute event resources

· Manage stock levels for merchandise and event materials

Keep our operations running smoothly

· Follow established processes and suggest improvements

· Support system updates, testing, and data maintenance

· Share insights on recurring issues to help strengthen our customer experience

What you’ll bring

· Experience (or clear interest) in customer service, coordination, or administration

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
