8pm-8am - including some weekend working on a rota basis

We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Assistantsto join our team and help deliver outstanding care during night time hours.

As a Care Assistanton Night Shifts, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting residents with personal care routines and maintaining their comfort overnight

Offering reassurance and companionship whenever needed

Assisting with movement and repositioning to promote safety and wellbeing

Observing and monitoring residents, reporting any concerns promptly

Keeping clear and accurate care records, including handovers to the day team

Working as part of a team to maintain a calm and restful atmosphere

What are we looking for?

Experience in a care setting is helpful but not essential

A kind, patient, and professional approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others

Happy to work Night Shifts including weekend working on a rota basis
