PA to Assistant Headteachers - Davison CE High School

At Davison, our people are our greatest asset. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive PA to provide confidential high-level support to two of our Assistant Headteachers.

The ideal candidate will be someone with the following skills and qualities: -

  • Experience of providing PA support
  • Experience of running effective administrative systems
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work to meet deadlines
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional approach
  • Excellent level of ICT skills
  • An understanding of safeguarding in Schools

Job Details

Salary: NJC Grade 6 £27,254 pro rata (Actual salary £23,480 p.a.)

Contract Type: Permanent, Term-Time only + Inset days

Working Pattern: 8.00am to 4.00pm (3.30pm finish on Fridays)

Location: Davison CE High School

Interviews: To be confirmed w/c 13th July 2026

What You Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisation and communication skills and will be required to liaise daily with students, staff, parents/carers and outside agencies and therefore a professional approach is essential.
