About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Central Admin Business Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the efficient operational delivery of our fuel card offering, while providing wider administrative support to the fleet team.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing customer queries and maintaining accurate systems and records. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the fuel card inbox and responding to customer queries
- Advising internal customers on appropriate fuel card options
- Maintaining spreadsheets and databases for audit and tracking purposes
- Managing the fuel card provider online account
- Ordering fuel cards and ensuring timely delivery
- Promoting the use of discounted fuel cards
- Monitoring usage and identifying potential misuse
- Supporting customer queries, investigations and invoicing processes
- Raising and updating purchase orders
- Assisting with vehicle additions and customer requests
- Supporting weekly and monthly fleet reconciliations
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Who we're looking for
Essential
- Experience working in an office or administrative environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused approach
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Intermediate Excel skills (including Power Query)
- Previous customer service experience
