What you'll be doing

  • Own the brand strategy, setting the direction through clear plans, priorities and a strong growth agenda.
  • Spot and unlock growth opportunities, using consumer, shopper and market insight to guide decisions.
  • Lead innovation end-to-end, from initial idea through to launch and in-market delivery.
  • Execute impactful campaigns, bringing the brand to life across digital, social, PR and experiential channels.
  • Manage performance and investment, ensuring budgets deliver against key commercial objectives.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong experience within a Brand Manager role, ideally gained within FMCG.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn insight into impactful plans.
  • A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for building brands.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
