This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, resilient and flexible Local Authority Licensing Team.
We are looking for a motivated forward thinking person who is able to provide excellent customer service and produce accurate documentation using the Councils recording systems.
You will need to be enthusiastic with a professional outlook, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure with competing deadlines.
Essential requirements:
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively with a wide-range of service-users from senior managers, elected members to members of the public.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel, Local Authority document management systems..
- Have an appreciation and working knowledge of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
- Able to work as part of a team and be calm, empathetic and supportive
