Are you looking for an opportunity to play a key role in supporting systems that underpin the entire student journey, from admission to graduation?

Join our team working at the heart of supporting and enhancing the University's student lifecycle systems. You'll provide expert support to users, investigating and sorting out their system issues, and contributing to testing, documentation and improvement of critical student records services.

As a Kent Vision Support Analyst you can expect to be involved in:

  • Supporting and maintaining student lifecycle systems to ensure reliable and effective services.
  • Investigating, resolving and escalating system queries and issues from staff users.
  • Assisting with system development activities.
  • Producing and maintaining documentation and supporting user training and guidance.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience of working in a customer support environment, with the ability to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues within large software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand user requirements and identify effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and produce high-quality documentation.
  • Good organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities.
