The Opportunity - Maintenance Electrician
About the role
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team, replacing a retiring colleague. This is a key role supporting site operations, ensuring plant reliability, safety, and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical fault finding and repair on Assembly plant and equipment and CNC machining centres
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
- Breakdown response to minimise downtime
- Support installations and improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
Requirements
- Time-served electrician or equivalent qualification
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent)
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding skills
- PLC fault finding
- Experience with motors and drives, PLC’s,
