We are excited to be growing our team with the introduction of a Supply Chain Manager in our Glasgow office on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will lead, develop, and deliver all aspects of applications and final submissions for CIB and SCDS, including shaping the approach, ensuring compliance, and managing the end-to-end submission process.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Promote internal project stakeholder awareness of the requirements and responsibilities associated with the Supply Chain Development Statement (SCDS) and Clean Industry Bonus Scheme.
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of the SCDS & CIB and associated supply chain plan documents as required, including the collation of evidence and reporting of progress both internally and externally.
  • Develop and contribute to the wider supply chain narrative for the project, ensuring alignment with overall stakeholder communication materials.
  • Support the development of the project’s supply chain strategy in collaboration with the Fred. Olsen engineering team.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the project and Scottish (and other relevant) clusters, as well as RUK and SR interfaces, on supply chain matters.
  • Represent the project in wider RUK and SR forums and working groups related to supply chain matters.
  • Support the day-to-day management of project procurement activities to enable project development.
  • Lead competitive tender processes for tactical support requirements, including evaluation, contract award, and variation order management.
  • Represent Fred. Olsen and the Project at various supply chain and meet the buyer events.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
