About The Role
We’re growing our team and looking for a Recruiter to help us build an inclusive, high-performing workforce across the UK.
Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, end-to-end recruitment? This is an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, shaping recruitment strategies and creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
You’ll play a key role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing through to offer, while helping to attract and secure diverse talent.
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of roles, build your market expertise, and influence how we bring talent into our organisation.
As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you’ll take ownership of your vacancies while championing a great candidate experience. You’ll also promote our employer brand and use data and insight to continuously improve how we hire.
What you'll be doing
Recruitment delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of roles and levels
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define recruitment approaches, and set clear expectations
- Provide insights on market trends and effective sourcing approaches
- Take ownership of vacancy timelines and delivery outcomes
Sourcing and attraction
- Use a variety of sourcing channels, including social platforms and job boards, to identify and engage talent
- Build diverse candidate pipelines using internal systems and talent pools
- Promote the organisation as an inclusive and attractive employer
Candidate Experience
- Provide a responsive, respectful and engaging experience for all applicants
- Keep candidates informed throughout the process
- Support hiring managers to deliver a consistent and inclusive recruitment journey
Data and insight
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within recruitment systems
- Use recruitment data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Who we're looking for
We welcome applications from people with a wide range of backgrounds and experiences:
- Experience in recruitment (in-house, RPO or agency), including end-to-end hiring processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence and advise
- A collaborative, team-focused approach and a willingness to support others
- Good understanding and experience using Linked In and other sourcing methods, recruitment systems and processes
- Good understanding of employment legislation relating to recruitment
- A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
