CMHT Team Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced mental health professional to take on the role of Team Leader for the Pendle locality. The team is currently undergoing developments in line with community transformation so this is an opportunity for someone who is driven and has a passion for working in mental health to become an integral part of developments and leadership of the team.

You will work closely with other team leaders in your District and support the Service Manager in ensuring service users receive high quality interventions.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work well as a team player in a CMHT.

You will be keen to embrace change and have a positive manner to support team members through change and provide strong leadership to them.
