g2's exclusive client is looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to support a major bolted tank project on a long-term 12 month contract with a leading organisation.

Location: Middlesbrough (4 days per week on site)

Contract: 12 months

Start: ASAP

OUTSIDE IR35

Responsibilities

Inspect and verify all materials and equipment delivered to site.
Ensure documentation and quality records are complete and compliant.
Upload inspection data and reports onto the project quality system.
Identify and report quality issues and non-conformances.
Support commissioning and project handover activities.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Quality Inspector / QAQC Inspector.
Experience inspecting incoming goods and materials on site.
Comfortable managing quality documentation and using electronic quality systems.
Exposure to commissioning activities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within regulated project environments.

Desirable NOT Essential

Bolted tank experience.
Background in Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Offshore, Energy or Heavy Engineering sectors.
Experience working on large-scale EPC or construction projects.
