The Position

As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a key role in helping pupils develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to succeed both academically and personally.

Responsibilities Include

• Delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Using assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform future planning
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities through differentiated teaching
• Encouraging high standards of behaviour, attendance, and achievement
• Working alongside colleagues to develop and share effective teaching practices
• Communicating regularly with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
• Contributing to school projects, events, and wider curriculum activities

Person Specification

The Successful Candidate Will

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom practice
• Be passionate about helping children reach their full potential
• Have strong behaviour management and organisational skills
• Work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative
• Be committed to ongoing professional learning and development
• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one
