Sales & Client Consultant

At Life Space Cabins, we don't just sell cabins.

We help people create places to work, rest, host guests, start businesses and connect with the landscape around them.

We're looking for a Sales & Client Consultant to join our growing team in Devon.

This is a newly created role and a rare opportunity to help shape how we engage with clients and grow the business.

You'll be responsible for guiding projects from first enquiry through to a fully defined and signed off project, ready for handover to our operations team.

• Managing your own pipeline

• Leading consultations and site visits

• Developing project briefs and quotations

• Helping clients navigate design, specification and budget decisions

• Building strong relationships with clients and partners

• Supporting trade shows and business development activities

• Working closely with the Directors and wider team

We're looking for someone who:

• Loves great architecture, design and well crafted spaces

• Is commercially aware and confident with clients

• Enjoys building relationships and solving problems

• Is highly organised and able to manage their own workload and paperwork

• Can balance creativity with practicality

• Wants to contribute positively to a collaborative team environment

Planning knowledge would be useful but isn't essential.

Based in South Devon with UK travel

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, plus performance related pay
