ISQ Recruitment is recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in the Bradford area
.
This is a facilities maintenance role with a strong electrical bias, covering planned maintenance, compliance checks, reactive repairs and general site infrastructure across a large operational sit
e.The role will focus on keeping the site safe, compliant and operational across areas such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, BMS, dock levellers, roller shutter doors, generators, heating, ventilation and general building service

Skills and Experi
- enceElectrical maintenance experience within facilities, building services, warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial environm
- entsRecognised electrical apprenticeship, electrical qualification or equivalent practical electrical backgr

- ionsConfident electrical fault-finding and repair experi
- enceGood understanding of safe isolation, risk assessments and safe working pract
- icesExperience with PPMs, reactive maintenance and compliance-related ch
