We're looking for: Project Supervisor (Office-Based)

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an office-based role supporting the successful delivery of drainage, highways, and civil engineering projects across the UK.

Working closely with our operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects from inception through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise multiple projects from the office environment.
  • Liaise with site teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress, programmes, and resource allocation.
  • Assist with planning and scheduling of labour, plant, and materials.
  • Review project documentation, permits, and compliance requirements.
  • Support health, safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
  • Attend project meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Maintain accurate records and project reporting.
  • Assist with commercial awareness and cost control activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within highways, drainage, utilities, construction, or civil engineering sectors.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of project delivery and operational planning.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working with National Highways, local authorities, or principal contractors would be
  • advantageous.
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail.
