Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring strong cost control and contract management from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

Manage project costs, valuations, and final accounts

Monitor budgets, risks, and performance

Procure and manage subcontractors

Ensure compliance with contracts and processes

Build strong stakeholder relationships

About you

QS or commercial experience in construction/infrastructure

Knowledge of NEC contracts (preferred)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Proactive and organised approach
