Audiology Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen and self- motivated individual to join the Community Paediatric Audiology Team within Integrated Community Paediatric Services.
The position will involve working within the administration team for audiology. This post is a community based position working in a range of settings across East and West Suffolk.
The successful candidate will be hardworking, well-motivated and flexible to provide comprehensive support for the audiology team. Good communication skills are essential, together with the skills to provide accurate record keeping of electronic patient records.
The successful candidates may be required to work in a number of community locations therefore a car driver with a full current driving license is desired.

To provide a competent, friendly and welcoming point of contact for patients, staff and visitors either by telephone or face to face.
To provide efficient, administrative, word processing, data input and clerical support for Integrated Community Paediatric Services based at St Helens House in Ipswich and the Child Health Centre in Bury St Edmunds.
To oversee and implement clinic appointments in order to comply with waiting time limits and to provide administrative support to clinical teams as required.
To input, extract, analyse and audit data for the compilation of returns required for local and national reporting.
