This role provides strategic and operational leadership for all FF&E and medical equipment activities across The New Frimley Park Hospital, The retained estate and Heatherwood Hospital extension.

The post holder will develop and implement the Trust’s equipment strategy, ensuring effective planning, design integration, procurement, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle management. They will work autonomously, interfacing across clinical, operational, estates, digital, and construction teams.

The post holder will lead the strategic planning, governance and delivery of all FF&E and medical equipment activity. They will ensure equipment requirements are identified, specified, procured, installed and commissioned in line with clinical, operational, digital and construction needs.

This role includes developing the Trust’s FF&E and medical equipment strategy, establishing governance and assurance arrangements, and working closely with clinical, estates, digital, operational and construction teams to ensure equipment is fully integrated into design and build plans.

The post holder will also oversee procurement planning, stakeholder engagement, technical coordination, installation, operational readiness and lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, financial and programme requirements throughout.
