Project Manager (BMC/ITSM)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re a global digital transformation business headquartered in Fareham, Hampshire. This role is ideal for a South Coast-based Project Manager looking to deliver both UK and international ITSM projects — working with a diverse client base while remaining locally based.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end delivery of ITSM / BMC projects

Engage with UK-based and international clients across multiple regions and time zones

Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder reporting

Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks and issues proactively

Support client onboarding, training, and knowledge transfer activities

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

4–7 years’ project management experience in IT, SaaS, or telecoms

Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as BMC Helix, Remedy, or equivalent

Proven stakeholder management skills across local and global teams

Track record of delivering projects end-to-end

Working knowledge of Jira, MS Project, or Confluence

NICE TO HAVE

PRINCE2 / Agile Certified

ITIL Foundation

Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
