Digital Content Creator
Kloeber UK Ltd
Content & Community Executive
Searching for the person who spots the story before everyone else does
Not the “please find attached our Q3 content calendar that’s so generic we can’t tell it apart from any other brand” kind of story.
The real kind.
The dog by the door.
The morning coffee with the sunlight on your face.
The customer who finally has the kitchen they imagined.
The team member who knows exactly why that window or door is the right one to match how you want to live.
“I want my home to feel like that.”
We’re looking for a Content & Community Executive to help bring Kloeber to life online.
This is a new role, based mainly at our Huntingdon office, because we need someone close to the people, projects, products and everyday moments that make the brand what it is.
You’ll report to Amy Boutle, Group Head of Marketing, and work mostly on Kloeber, with occasional support across other group brands.
The role
This is not a “post three times a week and hope for the best” role.
It’s about creating content that feels human, useful and worth paying attention to.
You’ll be the person finding the moments, asking the questions, taking the photos, writing the posts, replying to comments and helping us build a proper online community around the brand.
70% content creation
30% community engagement
So, writing matters.
But so does curiosity.
Judgement.
Initiative.
Taste.
And knowing when a slightly wonky behind-the-scenes moment is more powerful than a polished stock image ever could be.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll create content for:
- Reels and short-form video
- Email campaigns
- Website pages
- Blog content
- Printed marketing materials
- Event content
Over time, we’ll also grow into Pinterest and TikTok.
You’ll write mostly from scratch, although you’ll also repurpose strong ideas into new formats. One good story should never be allowed to sit in one lonely little post and gather dust.
You’ll also:
- Reply to comments and messages
- Find relevant accounts to engage with
- Build relationships with renovation and self-build communities
- Interact with home design creators and interior designers
- Join relevant online conversations and groups
- Capture photos and short videos when needed
- Spot content opportunities around the office, showroom, team and projects
- Turn technical information into clear, useful, human content
You won’t be thrown into the comment section wilderness with a biscuit and a prayer. You’ll be supported on tone, replies, escalation and brand guidelines.
What we need from you
We need someone who can carry the voice of the brand.
That means you need to be able to write like a human, not a brochure.
You’ll need to understand what makes people care about their homes: light, space, comfort, design, family life, pets, muddy boots, coffee at the kitchen island, summer doors open, winter warmth in.
We don’t expect you to know everything about windows and doors already.
We do need you to care enough to learn.
The right person will be able to take something technical and find the “so what?” behind it.
Why does it matter?
Why should the customer care?
What does it change in their home?
How do we explain it without making people’s eyes quietly leave the room?
You’ll probably love this role if you are
- Curious to the point of mild nosiness
- A strong writer with good judgement
- Good at simplifying complicated ideas
- Comfortable asking questions
- Able to spot a story in everyday moments
- Visually aware and design-conscious
- Confident creating content from scratch
- Self-driven and happy to take ownership
- Friendly, warm and good with people
- Interested in homes, interiors, renovation, design or architecture
- Experience with Reels, TikTok or short-form video
Years of experience are less important than instinct, attitude and ability.
A brilliant portfolio, strong writing and genuine curiosity will matter more than a perfect CV.
Useful extras
These would be lovely, but they are not dealbreakers:
- WordPress experience
- HubSpot experience
- Canva or Adobe experience
- Basic video editing skills
- Good photography skills
- Confidence on camera
- Experience in interiors, home improvement, construction, architecture or manufacturing
Platforms can be trained.
Curiosity is harder to teach.

About Kloeber
Kloeber creates windows and doors for homes with ambition.
Our products are chosen by homeowners, renovators, self-builders and design-conscious customers who care about how their space looks, feels and works.
But this role is not about writing endless product posts.
It is about helping people imagine what is possible.
The light through the doors.
The view from the kitchen.
The warmth of timber.
The clean lines of aluminium.
The moment someone saves a post because it feels like the home they are trying to create.
That is where you come in.
How to apply
***email_hidden***
You can also apply directly through the platform where this role is advertised.
No need for a 17-page cover letter.
But if there’s a piece of content you’re proud of, a brand you think does social brilliantly, or a reason this role has your name written all over it, feel free to tell us.
