What You’ll Do
- Support the Club Manager in driving day‑to‑day excellence
- Boost club performance through strong sales, events and programme growth
- Lead smooth, efficient and safe shifts every time
- Train, coach and motivate your team to be at the top of their game
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility upkeep
- Build relationships across your local community to drive league and club growth
