What You’ll Do

• Support the Club Manager in driving day‑to‑day excellence
• Boost club performance through strong sales, events and programme growth
• Lead smooth, efficient and safe shifts every time
• Train, coach and motivate your team to be at the top of their game
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health & safety and facility upkeep
• Build relationships across your local community to drive league and club growth
