Location: Cambridge with occasional uk travel

Type: Full-time (4-day working week)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.

We run more roadshows than any other UK company - over 250 valuation events every month - bringing trusted experts face-to-face with customers across the country.In less than two years, we’ve grown from a pub-table idea into an eight-figure business, and we’re on a mission to make WeBuyVintage a brand everyone recognises.

The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent team hiring across a wide range of roles — from operational and customer-facing positions to commercial and office-based hires.

A key focus will be identifying and hiring high-performing antique buyers who thrive in commission-based environments and are driven by performance and earnings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys pace, autonomy, and working closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end hiring from brief through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles and deliver against hiring needs
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates — with a strong focus on mindset, drive, and commercial potential
  • Manage multiple roles at pace, building strong pipelines for repeat hiring needs
  • Guide and influence hiring decisions, supporting structured and effective interviews
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience with clear, timely communication

Experience

What we're looking for

  • Experience hiring for sales, operational, or high-volume roles is highly desirable
  • Comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously

  • Ability to identify commercially driven, target-oriented individuals
  • Confident communicator who can influence and build relationships
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working at pace

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring commission-based roles
  • Experience in a scaling or operationally focused business
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g. GoHire)
