About The Role
Provide compassionate nursing care and medical support to seniors. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and medical support to seniors in a compassionate manner.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement treatments.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage medical equipment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and self-care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license (RN) in the appropriate jurisdiction.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric care.
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with seniors.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
