JOB TITLE: Contract Analyst

ROLE: Part Time

HOURS: 20 hours, more if individual wishes

LOCATION: Staffordshire Police - Stafford Police Station - Stafford

SALARY: £29,000 - £30,000 (doe)

Mitie are recruiting for an organised and proactive Contract Analyst to support the reviewing, analysing and managing contract compliance, amendments and investigations for the Staffordshire Police.

Role Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely reports on PPM activities using QFM CAFM system data,
• Submit monthly activity and progress reports,
• Perform additional duties as required to support contract operations,
• Ensure Purchase Orders are aligned with what has been quoted and agreed by the client,
• Data entry, updating and reporting,

What we are looking for:

• Administrative experience,
• Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Systems and Portals,
• Experience with Microsoft Office platforms, Excel etc.
• Confident communicator, team player
