Job Details
Salary: Dependent on hours - WSCC NJC Grade 4 SCP5 £25,583 pa (Actual Salary will be pro rata according to hours)
Contract Type: Permanent, Term-Time Only + Inset days
Working Pattern: 8.00am to 4.00pm (full time 37hrs, part-time min of 18.5hrs p.w.)
Location: Front Office, Davison CE High School
Interviews: Wednesday 8th July 2026.
What You Need to Succeed
An enthusiastic, highly organised, and friendly Receptionist and Administrator to join our office team. You will work alongside our Senior Receptionist to play a vital role in representing the school. You will assist in managing front-of-house enquiries, support day-to-day administrative functions, and maintain an efficient front desk.
The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure, handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality, and possess a warm, welcoming and professional telephone manner. We are looking for someone with strong administrative skills and a positive, pro-active attitude.
