Hours: Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time roles. Up to 20 hours per week for Certificate of Sponsorship holders.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and support in the homes of clients.
• Aid clients with routine tasks like meal prep, medication management, and light housekeeping.
• Maintain and promote the dignity and independence of our clients.
• Report changes in clients' conditions promptly.
• Cultivate professional and supportive relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license is preferred but not essential
• Must be currently living in the UK.
• Be able to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, long days, and weekends.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.
• Proficient, empathetic, and caring approach.
• Pass an Enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references.
